serious breeder and pet owner alike. As a member you are entitled to half price entry fees in breed classes and entry into special members only classes. All pet bunnies are very welcome and they can win trophies, ribbons and prizes. We have lots of novelty classes as well as kids only and adult handler. A full canteen is operational at all of our shows, with hot and cold food and drinks. As a BRC affiliated club we sell identification leg rings for rabbits to members . We record all registrations and transfers of rabbits, rung with approved rings of the Association.
An official handbook is issued to members containing care instructions for your rabbit, a comprehensive section on illness and diseases, show and Association rules, record keeping, pedigree information, and relevant forms. The handbook is continually modified with new and up to date information.
We hold informative and interesting rabbit meetings. A rabbit breed of the month is presented including information on the characteristics (standard) and care of that breed. Members are encouraged to bring along the “Breed of the month” to compare with the rabbits on display. The meetings can also include guest speakers, trading table, supper facilities plus much more. Attending these meetings is the best way to keep up with the latest information on rabbits.
